The Project total cost for construction was $10,000000.00. Project was completed in the fall of 2015.
TICx Group was awarded the commissioning of a Terra Kay-150 living units located in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba for soldiers deployed at base. Project total cost for construction was estimated at over $7,000,000.00 Project was completed and reviewed with NAVFAC in the Summer of 2014.
TICx Group was awarded the commissioning of the New Fitness Center and 146 replacement housing units. located in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba the project was completed with LEED Documentation Process in the fall of 2014.
2010 TICx Group awarded Task Order Number #0001 commissioning of the buildings energy system on (4) - Battalion Dining Facilities located in Ft. Benning, Georgia on February 25, 2010 According to DOD: a $14,869,000.00 total construction cost. The (4) building’s obtained LEED © Silver Certification January,2012.
TICx Group was awarded the commissioning of US Naval Hospital located in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba constructed in 1956. With the Naval Hospital being the only immediately accessible health care facility available in this remote location, it was imperative that the hospital remained operational during process. The project total cost for construction was estimated at over $15,000,000.00 and lasted for more than three years. The project was successfully completed in the Winter of 2012, and was also recognized for its safety program. The team received a NAVFAC STAR (Safety Through Awards and Recognition) Award from the Facilities Engineering & Acquisition Division (FEAD) Guantanamo Bay.
TICx Group awarded the commissioning on Hendricks Avenue Baptist Church a new state-of-the-art sanctuary. The seating capacity ranges from 525 to 640 worshippers, including the platform and choir loft. The project obtained LEED© GOLD Certification
TICx Group awarded the commissioning of Coach Leatherwear’s original distribution facility in Jacksonville, Florida, and provided services for several additional expansions. Project obtained LEED© Silver Certification.
